1. One Year Limited Warranty on Manufacturing Defects.
• Coverage: Legnokraft provides a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for all products except sofas. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship, provided the goods are properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal residential conditions.
• Definition of Defects: Defects refer to imperfections in material or the wooden frame that impair the use of the goods.
• Warranty Claim Process: If you discover a defect within the warranty period, report it to Legnokraft Customer Service at support@legnokraft.in. We will repair or replace the item free of charge. Replacement or repair does not extend the original warranty period.
• Conditions: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. It is void if the product is used commercially, misused, handled improperly, reupholstered, or repaired by anyone other than Legnokraft or our authorized partners.
• Limitations: Replacement furniture will be of equal value to the original purchase price. No cash refunds are available. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
• Transit Damage: Visible defects or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Issues reported after this period will be deemed acceptable and will not be covered.
What is Not Covered :
1. Defects caused by improper storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use.
2. Glass, concrete, and other extremely fragile items.
3. Damage from product modification, intentional damage, accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
4. Normal wear and tear, including fading, staining, or loosening of fabric or leather.
5. Variations in colour or texture in natural materials (e.g., fabric, leather, wood).
6. Labour or assembly costs, or any additional expenditure.
7. Commercial use of goods.
8. Customized products created on request.
9. Products stored in warehouse facilities due to delivery delays.
General Terms :
• Proof of Purchase: Keep your receipt or invoice for warranty claims.
• Non-Refundable: No refunds or returns are accepted once purchased. Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of booking, with a 2% + GST charge applied.
• Delivery: We do not guarantee the safety of products stored at shipping or delivery partner facilities. Please ensure prompt delivery to maintain warranty coverage.
