Terms & Conditions for Legnokraft

​1. Discount and Sale Information :


1.1. To qualify for any discounts beyond the marked-down prices on our website, customers must accept extended delivery timelines. The specific extended dispatch timelines, if applicable, will be confirmed by our support team post-sale.
1.2. For the Winter Sale 2023, please be advised that the average dispatch time is 6-7 weeks. This extended dispatch time is a mandatory condition for participating in this sale. Dispatch time refers to the period required for us to ship the item from our factories in Pune. In cases where additional delays may extend the timeline to up to 8 weeks, such delays will be communicated by our support team before the end of the 6–7-week period.


2. Delivery and Installation Policies :


2.1. LegnoKraft is not responsible for issues arising from products that do not fit into lifts. We will provide delivery assistance up to the lift door on the ground floor, but customers must arrange for the transport of items up or down stairs if the product does not fit through the lift.
2.2. To avoid issues with product fit, customers are advised to measure lift doors, flat entrances, and room doors before purchase. Refunds will not be granted if the product does not fit the designated space.
2.3. In the event of transit damage, customers must notify LegnoKraft within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void the transit warranty policy, and repair costs will be the customer's responsibility.
2.4. Warranty coverage will not apply if customers self-install products without prior approval from the support team.
2.5. If a customer requests to store a product in our warehouse for more than 2 days post-dispatch, applicable warehouse charges will be incurred. LegnoKraft is not responsible for any damage occurring beyond the 2-day storage period.
2.6. Cooperation with scheduled return and pickup arrangements is required if a product is marked for replacement. Failure to comply may result in voiding the warranty and potential delays.
2.7. Natural and handcrafted products may exhibit slight variations in colour, stain, polish, and other features. These variations are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects.
2.8. LegnoKraft technicians are not authorized to relocate or reassemble products during their visits.
2.9. Changes to fabric, polish, or colour cannot be made after an order is placed, even if the customer perceives differences in product colour due to lighting.
2.10. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to road conditions, lockdowns, and other factors, are not eligible for return or refund.
2.11. LegnoKraft will make two attempts to complete installation. If the customer is unavailable or uncooperative during the agreed installation time, the installation commitment will be void.
2.12. Custom orders are considered final and cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours of order placement.

 

3. Refund Policy :
 

3.1. LegnoKraft’s furniture is crafted to high standards. If a product does not fit through an entryway, the customer is responsible for ensuring fit prior to purchase.
3.2. Refunds are available only under the following conditions: (A) LegnoKraft fails to dispatch the product within the maximum dispatch time specified. (B) LegnoKraft fails to repair or replace the product after three unsuccessful delivery attempts due to transit damage. Refunds will not be granted if the customer is unwilling or uncooperative regarding replacement or repair, as determined by the LegnoKraft Production team.
3.3. Refunds for change-of-mind returns or frivolous claims are not entertained. Refunds are subject to a deduction of 2% + GST.
3.4. Refunds will be processed to a bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer. The refund process takes 2 to 7 working days from the date of issuance.
3.5. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Cancellation charges, as outlined in the warranty policy, will apply.

 

4. Custom Orders :
 

4.1. Custom orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has commenced. There is no "change of heart" return or exchange policy for custom orders.
 

5. Final Clearance and Sale Items :
 

5.1. Items marked as final sale or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.
 

6. Product Descriptions and Specifications :
 

6.1. Product descriptions, features, and specifications on our website are subject to variation due to the natural characteristics of materials and manufacturing processes.
6.2. Variations may include but are not limited to colour, fabric alignment (3-5% allowance), and dimensions (±2-5 inches).

 

7. Shipping Information :
 

7.1. Furniture will be delivered via road/surface through our transportation partner. Delivery times range from 5 to 15 days, depending on distance from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
7.2. GST is included in the price, but any state-specific taxes, such as octroi or entry permits, are the responsibility of the buyer.
7.3. Heavy furniture deliveries are typically limited to the ground floor unless special arrangements are made, and additional charges are paid.
7.4. Shipping may incur additional costs in areas without direct cargo branches or weak delivery channels. Customers should verify delivery possibilities for remote locations before purchase.
7.5. Delivery exclusions apply to certain states and territories. Refer to the State Exclusions List for details. 7.6. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. LegnoKraft is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.

 

8. Exceptional Cases of Transit Damage/Returns :
 

8.1. Open package delivery is not provided. If packaging is damaged, note this on the receipt. For internal damage, notify us within 2-3 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
8.2. Minor or moderate damage may be repaired locally at the customer’s expense, or we may provide materials for repair. LegnoKraft will schedule only one visit per issue and will not bear costs if access is denied or the customer is unavailable.
8.3. Variations in wood grain and upholstery colour due to natural materials are not considered defects.

 

9. Amendments and Errors :
 

9.1. LegnoKraft reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or images and may restrict orders of affected items. Replacement products will be of the originally ordered item without modifications.
 

10. Governing Law :
 

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
